Terms of Service

Service scope

Veylo.ai provides image, video and multi-scene creation workflows connected to third-party models and media services. Availability depends on the provider, model capabilities and service status shown in the interface. A model listing or reference does not mean the service is connected.

Accounts and age

You must provide account credentials you control and protect them when account features are enabled. The service is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by applicable law. Account creation and verification will open only after an identity service is configured.

Your content and outputs

You retain rights in your inputs and must have permission to upload, process and use them. Outputs are probabilistic; you are responsible for reviewing their accuracy, rights and suitability. Rights in AI outputs vary by jurisdiction.

Third-party model processing

When you submit a task, prompts and necessary media may be sent to the selected model provider. Check the provider and model details before submission. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless needed.

Credits, plans and payment

Displayed plan names and credit amounts describe the intended product tiers. An inactive purchase control does not create an order or charge. Renewal, credit expiry, add-on validity, cancellation and refund terms must be published before checkout is enabled and must match the checkout flow.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate rights, harass or deceive people, distribute unlawful content, bypass safeguards, disrupt provider services or access the platform without authorization. See Acceptable Use.

Changes and responsibility

We will maintain the service with reasonable care, but third-party model availability, generation results and network delivery are outside Veylo.ai’s sole control. Operator identity, governing law, dispute venue and liability terms must be finalized before launch.

Operator and contact

The legal operator name, registered address, support email, governing law and dispute venue are pending confirmation and must be completed before public launch.
